Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a. Participation in the event – the basis for data processing is the participant’s consent expressed in the form, which they accept by participating in the event.
b. Ensuring the safety of individuals participating in the event and the organizer’s property, including the ability to pursue or defend against claims, based on the legitimate interests of the organizer.
Participants’ data, as necessary for event participation and safety assurance, will be stored no longer than until the event concludes. Data processed for the purpose of pursuing or defending claims will be stored until they are time-barred or satisfied.
The recipients of your personal data may include entities authorized by law as well as event partners.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification (correction). You also have the right to request the deletion or restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing. However, this right only applies if further processing is not necessary for the Controller to comply with a legal obligation and there are no other overriding legal grounds for processing.

The organizer informs you that the event may be documented through video and photography, and the materials may be distributed free of charge in the media for promotional purposes. Any images of participants captured during the creation of such materials will be disseminated based on Article 81(2) of the Copyright and Related Rights Act.
